MidCoast Assist is an ageing and disability support service helping seniors, their carers, and those living with disability across the MidCoast region.

At MidCoast Assist, we take a simple step-by-step approach that is personally tailored to your individual needs.

We place a high priority on getting to know you and what's important to you, with regular face to face contact. Our staff are fully qualified, caring and helpful, and are there to assist you every step of the way.
